Oct 8 Mehfil Stories X SAL: Ayad Akhtar

What happens when life cracks open — and suddenly makes you question everything you thought you knew?

Join the Mehfil Stories community for an evening with Pulitzer Prize–winning playwright and novelist Ayad Akhtar, presented by our friends at Seattle Arts & Lectures. Ayad is known for telling stories that explore identity, culture, family, belonging, and what it means to find your place in the world.

At Mehfil, we’ve always believed that some of the best evenings begin with a story — and leave you with a lot more to talk about on the way home. This is going to feel like one of those evenings.

Come curious. Bring a friend. We’ll see you there. ❤️

Presented by Seattle Arts & Lectures. Tickets are limited and available while supplies last.
(NO, Robert Downy Jr. wont be there, but Ayad is close friends with him. The image is to cover Ayad's recent work.)
